Dr. Zoobi Waqar is an accomplished global consultant who has worked in multiple jurisdictions, including Pakistan, United Kingdom, Canada and United States. She has a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, which she completed in 2002.

She did her MA in Child Psychology from Institute of Education University of London, UK in 1993, and MSc. in Child Developmental Psychology from University of the Punjab, Lahore in 1985. She has a combined experience of more than twenty five years in education, developmental psychology and staff training that includes ten years of program administration at San Francisco State University (SFSU) / in USA. In 2010, she completed UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Management Fellows Program held at Anderson School of Business at University of California at Los Angeles.
