Waqar Ahmad is registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, USA and in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Waqar has Masters of Applied Sciences degree with emphasis in Engineering Management and Engineering Economics from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada . Prior to that, he had a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore Pakistan.

He has more than thirty years of progressive work experience in Project, construction & contracts management. He has a great experience of working in large government and private sector organizations in Pakistan, Canada and USA . His current assignment is construction management of new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge project. The project is one of the largest bridge engineering projects in the United States costing more than 6.0 Billion dollars.
